Emoji reactions

Instead of a points vote, people react to notes with a fixed set: 👍 🔥 🎉 😮 🤔 👎. Each person can pick several different ones, one of each, and click again to take it back. A note shows the top reactions and the total; click for the breakdown.

You can only react to a note you are allowed to read, so counts never hint at a note that is still hidden.

Link notes to tasks

The Tasks panel stays visible on the board. Drag a task onto a note, or use the note's link menu on touch screens, to say "this note is about that task". A note can carry up to 10 tasks, shown as small chips. Clicking a chip selects the task in the panel.

Connect improvements to actions

Hover a note in To improve, click one of its connection dots and then click a note in Action items: an arrow ties the problem to what you will do about it. The × on the arrow removes it, Esc cancels.

Board or list

The Board | List switch shows the same notes as a plain list grouped by zone, with the most-reacted first. The same visibility rules apply.
