Join and vote
Joining
Open the room link. If you are signed in you go straight in; otherwise you type the name your team will see and join. No account, no install.
If the host has locked the room, you will see a message instead of the join form. Ask them to unlock it.
Voting
- Pick a card for the task on the table.
- Your card stays face down. Others can see that you voted, never what.
- You can change your mind until the host reveals the cards.
- When the host reveals, every vote turns over at once.
Two special cards help the conversation: ? (I need more information) and ☕ (I need a break).
Watching only
You can join as a spectator: you follow the session and see the results but your vote is not counted.
Roles in a session
- Host: opens tasks, reveals cards, accepts the estimate, changes the room settings and can lock the room.
- Moderator: a guest the host promoted for this session ("Make moderator"). Moderators can run the session but cannot promote others or remove the host.
- Player: votes. The host can remove a player from the table.
