Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Planning Poker Web you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
The service
Planning Poker Web provides planning poker, a retrospective board and related tools for teams. It is offered free of charge. We may change the service from time to time; if a change significantly affects you, we will tell you in advance and explain what happens to what you have already created.
Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
- Guests who join a room with a link are bound by these terms for that use.
Your content
What you put into rooms (tasks, votes, notes) is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you and your team. You are responsible for having the right to share it, and for not putting in anything that should not be shared, such as secrets or personal data that do not belong in an estimation session.
What you may not do
- break the law, or use the service to harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- try to access rooms or accounts that are not yours, or to bypass limits and security controls;
- overload the service, scrape it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- upload malicious code, or abuse invitations and links to send spam.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party tools
If you connect Jira, Linear or ClickUp, your use of them is subject to their own terms. You are responsible for the credentials you give us and can disconnect at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything that matters; you can export tasks, votes and retros as CSV.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which is zero for the free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your rooms and your account yourself at any time, from the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to stop the service, giving notice where we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell account holders in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the city of the service provider, unless the law gives consumers the right to a different venue.
