Managing tasks

In the Tasks panel of the room the host and moderators can add, edit, reorder and delete tasks, and open the one the team will estimate next. Each task has a title and, optionally, a reference and a link to where it lives.

Export

From the room history you can download two CSV files:

• Tasks: order, title, reference, description, final estimate and when it was estimated.
• Votes: every vote of every round (task, round, card, whether it was the final round and the final estimate), with the player's name only if you are allowed to see names.

The files open in Excel, Google Sheets and similar programs. They are prepared so that opening one is always safe, even when a task title was written to look like a spreadsheet formula.
