Connect and import tasks
Bring the tasks you already have into a room instead of retyping them. Supported tools: Jira Cloud, Linear and ClickUp. Jira Data Center is not supported.
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations (it needs the permission to manage planning poker).
- Choose the tool and connect it in one of two ways: OAuth (you are sent to the tool, approve access and come back, with nothing to copy), or an API token, a personal access key you create in the tool's account settings and paste here. OAuth shows up only when it has been set up for your workspace.
- Use Test to check the connection. Your access key is stored securely and is never shown again.
Import into a room
In a room choose Import. The dialog walks each tool's own hierarchy, one level at a time and in that tool's words:
- Jira: project, then filters such as sprint, epic or issue type.
- Linear: team, then cycle or status.
- ClickUp: workspace, space, folder or list.
Search and page through the issues, select the ones you want (or all of them) and import. Issues already in the room are marked and cannot be picked twice.
What is copied
The title, the reference (such as SCRUM-4), a link back to the issue, and the first 120 characters of the description as a teaser. The full text is one click away through the link. Issues are fetched again from the tool when you import, never taken from what your browser sends.
